Who We Are
The European Group on the Digitalisation of Justice (EGDJ) is a dynamic, Chapter-based collaborative research network at the forefront of modern legal evolution. Its primary mission is to critically analyse, evaluate, and actively shape the ongoing digital transformation within judicial systems across Europe.
As technology fundamentally rewires the fabric of society, the EGDJ serves as a vital intellectual hub. It bridges the gap between legal scholars, practitioners, and policymakers, offering a collaborative space to address both the complex challenges and unprecedented opportunities of a tech-driven legal landscape across all procedural disciplines.
Governance

The network is divided into distinct Chapters, which may represent a single country or a geographic region. Each of these units is led by a dedicated Chapter Lead.

STARTING A CHAPTER
